TowerStake operates a website at https://towerstake.com and provides cryptocurrency staking service to Mina Protocol (MINA) delegators. The Service allows delegators to delegate their stake to TowerStake node operator and receive tokens as reward.

Interpretation and Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
- Node Operator (referred to as either "the Node Operator", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to TowerStake
